D7000 + 24-70; critiques requested

Hi! My first photo posts here. I'm a beginner/amateur photographer and am requesting some feedback on some photos I recently took in Paris of my wife. Using a D7000 body and the 24-70. To me, I don't think the photos are 'tact sharp.' 2nd one might be a bit overexposed. Anyway, all this because I'm a beginner (most likely). But, I do know I locked focus on the eyes. What say you guys?
