tripod under rs 4500

hi,

i am going to buy my first tripod and so i am very confused. my budget is rs 4500($100). i like it light as i am more of a traveller and also i take many macro so low lowest height is good. it should support load of 2 kg. my budget is including a 3 way pan head. please advise
