Bracketing exposure and continous shooting mode

HI Everybody
On the D90 if you use manual mode and already "bracketing the exposure", can you also apply the Continous Shooting?
Either it does not work like that or I do not know how to use it, I tried it on the camera and it did not work, and I don't seem to find the answer in the GUide Book.
