Nikkor 18-200 VR

My Nikkor 18-200mm VR lens is loose. I mean, if my camera is pointed down and the lens is extended even a wee bit, it will extend all the way out without my manual intervention. Is this easy fix or will I need to take it somewhere to get this fixed? TIA.
