dpreview error?

In the review of the xz1 in ten Final word, the bar comparison the canon s95 is better in low light than the xz1.
That surprises me for the xz1 has better lensspecs with 1,8-2,5 vs. s95 with 2,0-4,9 and the xz1 has a bigger sensor.
If this is no mistake, what is the explanation?
I am very interested because i have to buy one of the today for a upcoming trip.
Hoping for experienced people to react.
