When you start messing round with interchangeable lenses you may as well stick to your dslr's. You're missing the point of the X100. Size, convenience, low ISO capability, high IQ. Who wants to carry a bag around with a couple of lenses?

There's always going to be challengers to any models - it's whether they succeed or not and you're going to have to wait til after November to find out. And even if the Sony turns out to be marginally better at some things are you going to just drop the X100 and rush out and buy one?

I have been very happy and fully supported on X100 but now here comes a challenge of the upcoming Sony NEX-7 :

  • 24 MP APS-C CMOS sensor

  • Bulit-in EVF

  • Interchangeable lens

  • MSRP - $1350 with kit zoom

It seems hard to resist what do all X100 owners think ?
