HDR with people in the pic... how?

heya guys... been experimenting with hdr photos a lot and love it and generally my results as well.

Problem I'm having is when I toss a person into the mix. Background looks fabulous but the model either moves a smidgen or hair gets blown or something.

I see lots and lots of photos on the net of hdr with ppl in them and I'm wondering... are the just fooling me using one capture and some editing technique or are they actually capturing someone for 3 shots or more being perfectly still?

Perhaps their burst of 3 pics is just way faster than I can get with my T2i?
