Help. One full day shooting unreadable via cpu, but camera reads fine.

I just had a big shooting day in Minneapolis (300+ pics) and I am able to view them on the camera, but when I pop in the SD card into the computer to copy or view that days worth of pics it tells me the file is corrupt. All the other files open as they should. When the mouse is slid over the file that is corrupt, it says that the folder is empty and has 0 bytes of information.

I have also tried to use the corded appraoch, from the kx to the cpu with the same corruption notice as a result.

So, I am assuming that I have a bad file marker and that the entire day is just floating on my SD card with no file designation (path). How do I get these pics to the CPU when I can't see them.
