If you have to start all over again, what will be your ideal perfect lens for 7d? I shoot mostly at kids running around, landscapes, and portrait. Can you professional out there help me pick 3-4 good quality lens from below or any other lens that I must have for a sharp photo?

Not a pro, but have owned quite a few decent lenses over the years (85/1.8, 135L, 200/2.8L, 50/1.4, 18-50/2.8Sigma, 15-85IS and 70-200F4LIS, plus a few stinkers) and currently own a 7d with similar shooting interests, so here goes nothing!\

1. Everyday lens

17-55/2.8 or Sigma 17-502.8OS. Currently deciding between the two myself... sold my 15-85, as it was just not usable for me as an everyday lens given that a fair percentage of my shooting is indoors and I prefer natural lighting when possible. I'm sure I'll miss the range, but I found that I actually missed my Sigma 18-50/2.8 for my style of shooting.

2. Landscape lens

can't help you here... no experience.

3. Portrait lens

for head-and shoulders portraits, the 70-200 zooms do well here, as do many of the primes (35L, 50/1.4, 85/1.8)... since I do not see a lot of 'L' glass in your list, I'll assume you prefer not to throw money at the problem to get every lens in the EF lineup. .. if some of your sports shooting includes indoor sports, I'd opt for a fast prime as your portrait lens... usually are not allowed to use a flash and the lighting in most gyms is pathetic. with the 7d, I'd say 85/1.8 as a good dual-purpose head-and-shoulders-portrait/indoor-sports lens.

4. Sports lens

70-200IS... pick f4 or 2.8II depending on budget and arm strength. As mentioned, if you plan on indoor sports, you need a fast prime as well.

Lastly, I love having a 20D as a backup/2nd camera for kids sports... often there are so many great things happening on the sidelines and in the stands too close for the tele... having the 20D with a std zoom at the ready has been a great bonus for me.

you've got a very capable camera... don't skimp and buy a super zoom.

These lens are what I have look at it so far:
Tamron 10-24mm SP AF F/3.5-4.5
Tokina 12-24mm f/4 AT-X 124AF Pro DX II
TAMRON AF18-270MM F/3.5-6.3
Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L II IS USM
Canon EF 70-200mm f/4 L IS USM
Canon 18-135mm 3.5-5.6 IS
Canon 18-200mm 3.5-5.6 IS
