How do u use your 3 C Settings

Someone posted the same question about their 60d and since the 7d has 3 settings I am curious to lnow how others set theirs. My c1 is for indoor flash use c2 is for hdr and c3 is used for shooting my daughter running all over the place with tv of 300 av 7 and auto iso
