I've seen minor AF focusing errors with a variety of lenses once a filter was added. Canon 20mm, Pentax 28-105, Canon 300mm, and Nikon 17-35 are the ones that I remember best. In all cases, removing the filter (I tried several) solved the mis-focusing problem.
