Can't get IE or Firefox to connect to internet

The internet connection shows that I have a very good connection to the wireless network. This is not my computer that won't connect. my 4 computers, cell phones and a Playstation all work fine wirelessly.

The guest computer is XP, running Mcafee. I disabled the Win and Mcafee firewall. I have the IE preference set to allow it to run internet.
What could I be missing that won't allow pages to load?
