I just bought a new HX100V and love the video quality (pictures are fantastic as well).
I have a 4 year old DCR-SR300 Sony camcorder that I'm thinking about selling now. The camcorder does have a built in 40GB hard drive which is nice but it just seems like a redundant piece of equipment now.
There are drawbacks.
The camcorder probably records better sound and takes a larger battery for longer record times but that's all that jumps out at me.
One thing I cannot find is how long/large of a file you can record on the HX100V. If you can go until your SD card is full then that would be great.
So with all that out there would you sell you camcorder or keep it?
