430EX II or 580EX II on 60D

Am I going to gain anything by going for a 580EX II over a 430EX II on a 60D?

The 580EX II is weather sealed, but the 60D is not (neither are my lenses). And the 60D has only 9-point AF so the extra on the 580EX II wouldn't help there either. what I don't like is the 580EX II easily costs an extra $200, or 66% more than the 430EX II.
