Premiere Pro export

Very new to video - as this is my 1st attempt.

I've put some timelapse plus video from GoPro's together in Premiere Pro - but I'm now having issues exporting it.

H264 - is washed out and skips some frames (have read about Gamma issues) [played in quicktime]

WMV - speed/flow good, but the colours are not quite right. [played in windows media player 11]

Even though it looks Ok in the Premiere Pro preview screen.

On a PC, Premiere Pro CS4, calibrated screen using Spyder.

Any tips ?
