Questions for heavy users of 8fps on 7D

I’d like to ask heavy users of high speed ‘8 frames per second’ on the 7D, how their CF cards are holding up to such demanding conditions?

How often do you get a ERR02, or ‘card needs to be formatted’ messages during heavy 8 fps use?

What cards work for you, and which ones have failed you for high speed use?

If pulling out a card immediately after shooting a few hundred frames at 8 fps, does your CF card feel warm to the touch?
