3rd party Nikon 24-120 f4 equivalent

I'm looking for a 24-120 f4 equivalent as a general one lens travel/walk around lens that is better than the recent Nikon offering, which to say the least, is a shame.

Even the 24-70 is nice, it's just sometimes a little short. Combine it with the 70-200 and it's anything butt small / light.

The 18-200 Nikkor is OK (and not worse than the new 18-120), but has some issues in it's own that just make it a liability, especially in the 100-135mm range, which I use quite a lot. Unfortunately, that's ecactly the range where the 24-120 has big problems as well.

24-120 range would cover about 95% of my shooting need when I need to travel light. But who has a lens like that with constant aperture (f4 is enough, f2.8 would be really nice)?
