x100 replacement : fixed, fixed zoom or interchangeable?

The x100 will definitely be replaced one day. How soon, your guess is as good as mine.

I was wondering, should the X.... have the same fixed 35 mm F2, a non-interchangeable compact-sized 24-50mm zoom F2.8 or a fully interchangeable mount with a variety of lenses to choose from?

Also, should it be FF or follow the same crop factor of the x100?
