Adobe Camera Raw is included in CS5 (as well as Lightroom and Elements). If you open a .RW2 file (or any other camera's RAW file like .nef or .cr2) in Photoshop, Adobe Camera Raw will automatically open.

You can then process the file, changing White Balance, exposure, colour vibrancy, noise and sharpening etc. Then the file is opened into Photoshop itself. You can further tweak it or save it straight away as a JPEG file. There are lots of turorials on the web on how to use ACR.

You could use Silkypix (included free with Panasonic cameras). The results are proabably just as good as those from ACR, however, ACR does seem very easy to use.

If I can help any more, please come back to me.
