85mm or 100mm for portraits?

Any thoughts on the 85mm f/1.8 or 100mm macro for portraits?

I've heard of many people using the 100mm macro lens for portraits, but I hear good things about the 85mm f/1.8 (even though it's not the f/1.2).

I figured I would use the 100mm for macro, but I wonder if I would use the 85mm that much.

Any suggestions? Both?
