How To Set Up A Studio
Aug 1, 2011

I have been asked by a friend to take photos of a bedroom for his website using a purpose made white painted set - 3 walls and ceiling. The product shots will mainly be of curtains and duvet covers. There is no natural light on the set which is great. My biggest worry is that the shots will come out 'grey' and I want to avoid this as much as possible. Ideally, how should I set this shoot up?

My equipment is:

Nikon D40X

2 x Bowens GM400 Lights
2 x Umbrellas
1 x Soft Box
1 x Continuous Light
1 x Infra Red Trigger & Sync Lead
1 x Tripod
