I would suggest getting sample packs from Canson-Infinity, Hahnemühle, Moab, Harman (distributed by Hahnemühle), and Crane-Museo; then you can make the decision yourself.

I think that Canson Baryta Photographique is nothing like Epson EF, but it is a nice paper and it is lustre. Canson Platine Fibre Rag has a nicer finish, but both these papers are expensive. Harman Baryta Gloss is a very nice soft gloss, and Museo Silver Rag is an exceptional paper, but quite expensive.

I have never cared for Red River papers and have never seen what others see in them. They are light to medium weight at best, and nothing special, but they are inexpensive. Papers can be a very personal thing.
