I'm not convinced about the "heaviness" and "bulkiness" of FF vs SD1:

  • SIGMA SD1: 146 ×113 × 80 mm, 700 grams

  • SONY A900: 156 x 117 x 82 mm, 850 grams

  • CANON 5DmkII: 152 x 114 x 75 mm, 810 grams

(all of them w/o battery)

Still comparable, IMO.
