60D or GH2?

I don't normally ask what to buy - I usually buy and regret (or not) ;). However I'm completely confused having researched extensively both the Canon 60D and the Panasonic GH2.

I currently have 2 5DIIs and L lenses (24-70, 70-200 2.8 IS II, 50 1.2 and 24 1.4) that I use professionally. I want a smaller camera for walk around, holidays and video.

The 5DII is no good by the way since its maximum fps is 30. I need 60fps since I mostly want to do slow motion.

Pros and cons:
60D - can use my current lenses, faster, better build

GH2 - Better video (marginally), smaller/lighter, much faster AF in live view and touch screen shutter (good for discrete street photos)

I know I can use my lenses on the GH2 but that would be hugely inconvenient for me.

I'm leaning towards the GH2 but has anyone here been through this choice?
