Sensor cleaning options

If you were buying new sensor cleaning equipment today, what would you get?
Would you spend on something like the Visible Dust Arctic Butterfly 788 with light

or is that complete overkill?
Is the Visible Dust Sensor Loupe 7x any good?
Would you recommend Visible Dust VDust Plus fluid?
What swabs?
It's for a 5DII and this time to get rid of a couple of stubborn bits of dust that are big enough to show up as wide as F/5.6 and aren't vibrating off.
I think there is also some dust in the 'chamber' that has vibrated off, so I wouldn't mind vacuumin that up also, if that's possible or advisable.
