60D vs Rebel XT

Should I get a new 60D or keep my Rebel XT?
'Cause, I think my current camera is kind of old (almost four, five years old, plus, I got it used from my friend)
The Rebel XT, I got it for free anyway, and I want something that better fit my hand.
Please, give me some light
