LR3: Want to Organize Develop Presets

Hi,

Over time, I have designed, and purchased a lot of Presets for LR3. Today, I am overwhelmed. Currently, I have organized by their origin. I dont use more than half of them, but have to go thru them every time. I would like to reorganize, now by priority - Like, Most used, least used, etc. I would greatly appreciate some assistance.
