I just found a link in the article above that fully explains whats going on. The two articles together are a long read but if anyone values there dSLR performance and wants a good experience with lens and bodies should read and fully understand these ideas.

Did you know PRO photographers send in both their len(s)s and bodie(s) from time to time to be calibrated? If you want to save yourself from being frustrated in this hobby (if your a pro you know already I guess ) please take the time to at least read the link below it fully explains my experience above in the OP.
