D7000 Movie Mode
Video is SUSPOSED to look flat and lifeless. That gives you more options for correction in post.
You should think of the video as it comes from the camera as you would a raw file in still photography...
Quicktime is the only program that has a problem with the video. Everything else displays video in the same way as a JPG with the same settings would look from the camera. Not everybody wants to have to process everything they shoot. If you really want flat, though, check this out:
