G3 a few questions

Hello
Just got the G3 today and I'm going about setting it up to my liking but I'm having trouble with selecting a single auto focus point and moving it around while looking thru
the viewfinder is there a way to do this?
Also is the away to get automatic playback of the photo just taken on the LCD while using the viewfinder?
And finally for now is there a way to display shooting info ISO f stop, shutter speed & etc on the LCD while using the viewfinder?
