Best backpack upgrade for 5D Mk2, 7D, and multiple lenses

Hey everyone. I thought this would be the best place to ask, since you're all familiar with the shapes and sizes of the gear that I'll be packing.
I'm upgrading to a 2 camera kit in the immediate future. I currently have a Tamrac Expedition 7, which I love, but I can't fit everything into one place anymore. Here's a list of what I currently have, and will be acquiring very soon. It would all need to fit in one place. I have hoods for all the lenses. A suitcase wouldn't work, because I may not be on flat terrain at times. And it would need to fit in the overhead bin of a plane.
7D
5D Mk2
15-85mm
10-22mm
70-300 IS
50mm 1.4
85mm 1.8
135mm 2L
24-70 2.8L
16-35 2.8L II
580 EX II
Laptop
Batteries, CF Cards, wires, Filters, etc.
And within a year I hope to get the 70-200 2.8L IS II
I like the non-descript style of the Tamrac Cyberpac. It doesn't announce that it's a specialty backpack with expensive gear in it. Was thinking about the Cyberpac 8, if that would be big enough.
Any suggestions?
Thanks for your help!
