Please help, Question: XZ-1 lens Vs Nex kit lens(expecially the 16mm one)

I know there is no comparison in terms of sensor size

But if I am using it at base ISO for outdoor nature pics than I suppose it should not be a big problem for XZ-1 small sensor

I am thinking it may even be better if XZ-1 has a better lens (I mean taking sharper image)

Anyone owning both and can answer this question?

I will buy a new camera and it will either be a XZ-1 or Nex-C3 with 16mm lens

If XZ-1 indeed has better lens than Nex 16mm than I may buy it because although the high ISO capability of Nex is exciting, getting the best picture possible in base ISO is still the most important consideration to me
