Shutter Priority, Aperture Priority: Underexposed, HELP!

Hey everyone, I like some feedback in what I am doing is right or not. So I shot a picture in Aperture Priority and noticed my picture is really overexposed. Since I can't lower my shutter speed for better exposure, the only thing I can do is used my Exposure Compensation, or change my ISO, as my picture is overexposed changing my ISO is useless as it's already at 100. So another optoin is to shoot in full Manual. Is there any thing I can do to either lower to increase exposure? Thanks!
