Which RAW software to use?

Just getting started with the TL500 & would like to hear some discussion of the choices for RAW processing. I currently have PS7, CS2 & Capture NX for my "shopping" & want to select the most effective Raw processing software for the TL500 files. If someone can contribute a list of those available I can get started & any personal critique is appreciated.

Also, I loaded Samsung's RAW Converter ver. 3.2.2.3, but I see ver 4 on the UK web site. It says that it is not to be used with the US cameras. I guess I also need some clarity about the Samsung site. If I am at the Samsung USA site & click on the Raw Converter banner, I am taken to the UK site. It was the same when registering the product. I had to select EX1 & it accepted my serial number as valid?????? Is there any logic or sanity to the web sites?
