Yes it is a new sensor. The fact that it performs the same or worse than the old one has nothing to do with that. The fact is the performance in the new PEN's would not be possible without completely redesigning the sensor.

Statements like this makes you who you are on these forums, by the way. We all know who you are anyway.

How can you be so sure that 4/3 is dead ? Maybe the mirror and the OVF will be dead in the future, but there is no indication that 4/3 will be dead, and Olympus specifically promised the 4/3 will continue to exist and be produced until the 2 systems can merge.

If you stated that as a personal opinion it would have been fine.
