Alaska: Anchorage to Homer, advice

Heading to Alaska next weekend, and taking the following route from Anchorage toward Homer. Any advice on photo opportunities along this route? Any experience or comments on this route? I'm looking for possible photo opportunities to look out for, but which won't detract more than 15 minutes from the main road. There will be others in the car, so this drive isn't necessarily photography-oriented. Just curious!
