Best Cloud Data Service?

Used external HD's for years, all have problems mainly because of year weather electrical outages,etc.
Need a fairly quick/fast cloud backup for PC.
Heard most are slower than molasses, guess they're all rather slow until you upload ALL your data, after that some should be faster than others or ?
