Partial color - FAIL!

I still think that PC feature can be fun but sometimes it fails impressively, and this is actually quite annoying.

You would think, nothing better than the perfect sky to play, unfortunately not for this bloody feature, I could not catch it no matter what light I tried, camera 'said no' consistently producing something like this:
