Blurry Images, how to improve?

I am trying to help a friend with printing from color negatives. The problem is her images are not in good focus. The problem is just enough that even a novice can see the problem. I was thinking of trying Focus Magic, however it is a 32 bit only program and my computer is 64 bit so I can not install Focus Magic.

Any suggestions for a plugin I can try with Photoshop CS5 that might help just enough to make acceptable prints?
