Z981 Custom Firmware?

I'm not too familiar with the general digital camera firmwares and the like but after having heard (from gizmodo and lifehacker) about the various custom firmwares to unlock fantastic features in canon camera and the like, I'm curious to see if there is any such firmware out there for the Z981 that I have?
I'm currently on the official 1.05 firmware for my Z981. One reason why I'm curious about this is the potential for including time-lapse and other features like that, that the camera don't currently have.
