Unable to Choose image (tech issue)

I am trying to enter a challenge but when I click on the "Choose Image" button to select from my Gallery nothing happens. I assume I have a browser setting that is causing some problem but can't think what it might be. The "Upload" button works fine but not Choose image.

Any thoughts?
