30D crapped out get 60D or 7D loyality

My 30D crapped out Error 99 canon said repair would 250 to 300
Thinking about upgrading they will give me the 7D referb for a little under 1100 or I could get a new 60D body for 899
I see that the 60D is NOT part of the program
They also offered me a 50D mid 500 price range
Do some sports
Thoughts??
