D80 shoots really dark photos

Hey guys, I'm new to DSLRs and I thought I got a good package deal when I got these two cameras. The only problem is my D80 takes lot darker pictures at the same shutter speed as the D60. There is a huge difference.

This is the shot with my Nikon D80. Exposure is as follows "Auto exposure, Shutter priority AE, 1/1,600 sec, f/22, ISO 1600" taken with Nikkor 28-80mm f/3.3-5.6G.

Now the same shot with my D60 "Auto exposure, Shutter priority AE, 1/1,600 sec, f/14, ISO 1600" taken with the same lens.

I've tried to include relevant EXIF data, but if there is anything you need I have them pulled up in the online EXIF viewer so please let me know. Thank you for all your help!
