Hand Holding 18-200 with NEX5...

Can anybody share their technique for hand holding the 18-200 at SLOW SHUTTER SPEEDS and at 200mm? I find I can hand hold as slow as 1/30th with the super steady shot on.

I ask because this is only issue I am having with the 18-200. As we know, the NEX must be held away from the face to view with the LCD. With DSLR cameras with a viewfinder, I wonder if just holding the camera against your forehead (while viewing through the viewfinder) helps to stabilize the camera.
