Well I'm a beginer looking for a DSLR

Hello again

Gone are the days when I shot whit my fathers Pentax. It is a film camera, and all the regulations before shot were made by my old guy. What is impresive is the lenses quality. So since then I like Pentax.

Now I'm able to point my batterys to buy the K-r. That's for all I've read here and other reviews. But now the choice stands on the lenses.

Pentax delivers the K-r with 18-55 Kit. But is that enough?... Humm... and how about telephoto shots?

I've read about the Pentax 50-200mm F4-5.6 ED WR weather resistant lens. Any one could talk about it? Is the WR is reliable? And the performance?

please note that I'm a beginer with a short budget.
