E510 vs E3 sharpness

After having used the E510 for the past few years, I just got an E3. It might just be me, but has anyone else felt that the pictures look a bit blurry from the E3 as compared to the E510? I seem to need sharpening with the E3, whereas I never needed it with the E510.
