Lens for Peru
Jun 7, 2011
|
Hi
I'm going to Peru in 2 weeks for a 3 week trip. There, I'll do the Inca trail and I'm planning to visit Puno, Colca Canyon, Nasca, etc.
I will bring with me a compact : a Panasonic LX-5 (24-90mm eq.).
But its difficult to not bring my D90, as this trip will offer too many good pictures opportunity.
I'm planning to bring my 35 mm 1.8 with 1 another lens; I'm hesitating between the Nikon 12-24 mm 4.0 DX or the 18-200 mm VR DX.
My fear with the 12-24mm, is to miss the longer end... with the 18-200mm is to miss the ultra wide angle and its a little heavier (100g).
What do you think?
P.-S. I also have these lens : 10.5 Fisheye, 50 mm 1.8 and the 105 mm macro...
Thanks in advance.
