Capture NX2 Questions

I am a new Nikon-Maniac ....

and I have been trying Capture NX2.

I really like the software, however, I would like to have a clarification in regards batch processing and sharpening.

I understand that in order to perform batch processing I would need to create a preset with pictures take the same day in the same w/b, light situation and then, I would apply to the pictures in the folder.

I come from Lightroom and DXO where you I can go editing picture by picture, and finally I just batch process them all to jpeg.

Can I do this also with NX2?

Also, I seee there 3 types of sharpness ( In camera =6) and other two.

If I choose to keep in camera sharpness are the other two necessary?

When should I use Unsharp Mask on top of In camer sharpness?
