Video HD mode question

I shot TX-7 for 2 yrs now, doing some video filing on computer.
Recently, replay HD video to HD TV, so how find that video quality not that good. Then I check it from from PC, turn out that, the video quality is 1440 x 1080 with m2ts file extension. Is there a option to switch to 1920 x 1080 ?
According to spec:
HD Modes
1920 x 1080 (60 fps),
1440 x 1080 (60, 30fps),
1280 x 720 (30 fps),
640 x 480 (30 fps)
The spec online tell me it has 1920 x 1080 mode, but all my pass video was shot with 1440 x 1080.
Anyone has better advise ?
