Canon D10: Still best underwater camera?

Hello,

I am hesitating between 3 models of underwater camera: the legendary Canon D10, Pentax WG1, Panasonic FT3.

How does the Pentax compares with the D10? Is the D10 now a bit outdated? one important point: does the WG1 comes with big thick printed manual? (i like that, but it seems that the US customers get the printed manual whereas in the EU we get in only on CD...
Now the FT3 apparently is splendid but costs a lot...
Will Dpreview publish a more updated underwater camera review soon?
